Another Fuller Home Dedicated

Aneesh, mother and sister in their new Fuller Home
This is the Fuller Home of  the family of Aneesh, his mother and sister. Aneesh, the homowner, is a labourer whose family was living in an inadequate house. He had erected the foundation for a house but could not get a loan from any source to build the house. Then he approached the Center for assistance. His housing condition was verified, his need was ascertained, his repayment potential was assessed and finally he was granted the loan. In a short span of two and a half months he completed the new house with the sweat equity received from his relatives, neighbours and friends. This Fuller Home was dedicated on December 30, 2015.

HOMEOWNERS' BIENNIAL MEET - 2015

The third biennial meeting of the TFCH homeowners was held at Carmel Monastery from 3.30 pm to 4.30 pm on December 23, 2015. About 15 homeowners as well as the personnel of the TFCH were present. The vice chair gave an overview of the Center and welcomed the gathering. The chairman, who presided over the function, appreciated the homeowners for making regular repayments. When he asked them to render their sweat equity to other needy families, they readily agreed. The meeting was also addressed by all the other Board members and a couple of the homeowners. Fr Mathew Thundathil, the vice chair, arranged for a Christmas cake which was jointly cut by two homeowners. Small gifts were also given away to all the participants.
